If shipping FedEx or UPS, the Career Center will arrange for a pick-up immediately following the Career Fair.

Due to a change in policy, the Kansas Union can no longer store career fair materials as they have in the past. Materials can arrive no earlier than Friday before Career Fair week and must be shipped no later than 6:00 P.M. the day of the Career Fair. Any materials arriving or leaving outside of these dates will be assessed a storage fee of $5 per day, per box, by the Kansas Union.

Next-Day Interviews

Next-Day Interviews take place the day after the Career Fair (fall and spring). Interviewing typically goes on from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Next-day interviews will be held in the Burge Union.

Since you will already be in Lawrence, we invite you to take advantage of the convenient opportunity to interview the great students you meet at our career fairs. With Next-Day Interviews, you can create your own interview schedule as students stop by your display at the Career Fair. Invite the students who interest you to interview the next day, and select a time slot that is mutually agreeable.

We provide tables in a large room setting, free parking and lunch.

For questions about Next-Day Interviews, please contact Kristi Kamm at
