**All campus parking lots require a parking permit unless it is after 5pm.**

During the day visitors should plan to use the Allen Fieldhouse Parking Garage.

How to Register Your Vehicle

KU Parking & Transit uses a License Plate Recognition system. You will need to provide your license plate number and state, as well as make and model of your vehicle.

Parking costs $1.75 for the first hour, and $1.50 each subsequent hour.

You can pay for parking in one of two ways:

  1. Use the ParkMobile app to enter your information and pay for parking prior to your visit. Please note there is a $0.35 transaction fee associated with the app.
  2. Pay for parking upon arrival using pay stations located on Level 1 at the South Stair Tower or the Level 3 Lobby of the Allen Fieldhouse Parking Garage
